If you were looking for us, you’ve found us! If you weren’t looking for us, you’ve still found us, but you probably don’t know who “we” are.
We are The Blow-Ins, an acoustic folk duo based in Dingle, Co. Kerry, Ireland.
Nothing from February 19, 2019 to February 25, 2019.
My brother and I caught you at Paudie’s and thought you guys sounded great. Thanks for doing the Dylan instant request “Shelter From The Storm”. We enjoyed the CD while traveling throughout Ireland, and now my family is loving it back in Boston. Best wishes and much success to you both.
Caught you guys at Murphy’s
Caught you guys at Murphy’s last night. Funnest band we’ve seen in Ireland. Terrific setlist, good storytelling, great craic! Hope to catch you guys again next time we’re in Kerry. What was the French song you played?–that was fun.
We enjoyed an unforgettable night
We enjoyed an unforgettable night of April music at Murphy’s in Dingle this year, can’t wait come back and hopefully see The Blow-Ins again. We sure hope you make it to the States again someday too!
Seen you now a couple of times at Dingle Bay Hotel, we came from Wexford on public transport (7 hours journey), we have thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and you guys are the icing on the cake! ! Please come to Rosslare Strand and play.
Saw y’all in Ireland in
Saw y’all in Ireland in 2016. Was with a group of ladies led by Donna, my sister-in-law, and Janis. Seeing y’all was definitely one of the highlights of our whole trip ! Not only are you both immensely talented, but you also impart such a feel good spirit !
You were the highlight of our Dingle visit. World class! Let us know if you come to San Diego. Have a good life!
We saw your band in Dingle, and it was the first pub we stayed at after my boyfriend proposed. You guys were definitely one of our top moments in our entire trip. Thank you for the great memories, you will be talked about in La Crosse WI USA !!!!!!!
My cousin Mike and I enjoyed your performance at the Dingle Marine pub this September. I’ve enjoyed your CD daily since returning to Canada. You are to be commended on your musicianship and harmonization. We feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to listen to a first class duo. Enjoyed talking with you both. Hope another CD is in the works. I and many other Canadians would be more than excited to have you perform here. Good Luck guys and Blow -in to Canada
Good evening, myself and my fiancé were fortunate enough to see you play tonight in Paudies bar. We stayed the whole set and didn’t want it to end. We were over for the weekend from Liverpool. We enjoy live music very much but categorically agreed you were the best live act we have seen!! So much so I turned to my Helen and said I want them to play at our wedding reception without doubt. Thank you for a superb night and if you are free next June to play at our wedding in Liverpool please let us know!!!!
Your CD has made it all the way to Ocean Grove on the coast of Victoria Australia! It is our Irish musical memento from our ‘blow in’ visit to Paudey’s bar in Dingle. We were on our way home for a cup of tea. How refreshing was your sound as it poured out onto the street! It beckoned us in for a pint and we stayed until you finished! Thanks for the memories! Keep up your wonderful harmonies and music making.
Heard your music at the Dingle Hotel Bar in October while visiting Ireland with another couple. Your harmonies and blend in general made you our favorite group that we heard we circled the country making it a point to spend the evening listening to music. We will be looking for a gig from you two someplace close enough for us to travel. Continued good luck.
Tom and Dave played at Paudie’s on the one night a big group of us were in Dingle. We had MORE fun that one night than any other night of a pretty amazing trip. Music was off the charts GOOD and FUN. Just cant beat the Blow-ins.
